If I only had one obsession…

Standard

I have come to realize over the last few months, that when inspiration hits, I will drop everything else to try my new obsession. I completely submerge myself into the medium and cant imagine how it lived without it or what I did before it. Recent obsessions include Zentangling, Mandalas and Art Journaling. There is a never ending list of projects and ideas mostly introduced to me by Pinterest and some amazing art blogs. So every day I am inspired to try something else. Here are some photos of recent works.

I am in love with mixed media artist Tamara, aka Willowing. She inspires me...she has several websites, this link is her online classes. Absolutely worth a look! http://willowing.ning.com/group/theheartofart/forum/topics/art-heart-healing-week-1

My little flower, honestly cant remember who I was inspired by but I believe it was either Willowing or Suzi Blu, another fantastic mixed media artist. http://suziblu.typepad.com/

Im so grateful to have the chance to see what others are doing and to be completely inspired and rejuvenated by them. I am also so thankful that they are willing to share with the world. The Arts community is an amazing group of people and I am proud to be a part of it finally.

I hope I have inspired you to look at these amazing blogs and to get out your art supplies and get creating!
